💰 Refund Policy

At MyICE, we strive to ensure that our learners are satisfied with their courses. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued if you meet one or more of the following criteria:
- The course content is significantly different from the description.
- You experience technical issues that prevent access to the course and those issues cannot be resolved.
- You request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@ini.icei.ac.id with your order details and reason for the request.
3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is received, we will review it within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference after the refund period.
- Completion of the course or access to most of the content.
- Violation of platform policies or terms of service.
5. Changes to This Policy
MyICE reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
